Ce terminal aurait permis de concentrer le secteur des voitures de seconde main en zone portuaire et donc de lib\u00e9rer la ville d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s impactantes sur l&rsquo;environnement urbain et en terme de mobilit\u00e9.
